The Company Starts
In early 1992, after Jeff & Lisa relocated to the Golden Isles, they quickly recognized the area was lacking a good full servce car wash like those found in Jacksonville, Savannah and other larger markets.
 
After several years of research and planning, and finding the right location, the idea of combining a full serve car wash with a full serve auto service/oil change center was born.
 
In early 1995, the first/anchor store - Express Lube & Car Wash - opened at the intersection of Cypress Mill (a.k.a. Community Rd) and the Spur 25/Golden Isles Parkway.
 
This innovative store, the first of its kind in Southeast Georgia, combines a full serve preventive service & oil change center AND full serve soft-cloth car wash & auto detailing center into a single ONE-STOP SHOP location.
 
The new store was an instant hit with the community and remains the area's premier one stop preventive auto car center.

The Company Grows
Within a couple of years, a second store, offering preventive car care and oil changes, opened on St. Simons Island next to the new Post Office.
 
After 5 years operating at the SSI at location, the company decided it wanted to add a car wash to the second store - but there was no room at the SSI site
 
To solve the problem, the entire SSI store was physically transported and relocated to its present location on New Jesup Hwy at Crispen Blvd. in the WinnDixie Plaza.  A new glass house car wash offering a soft cloth or touch free car wash was added.  The new car wash fulfilled the companies strategic plans to combine car washing and preventive maintenance oil change services into one-stop auto services centers.
 
The Company Keeps on Growing....
The Cypress Mill location now also offers:

*  an Express Exterior Car Wash option that includes a free self vacuum, and is open for extended hours: 7 A - 7 P Mon - Sat and Sundays 10 A - 3 P.
 
*  a USPS Post Office substation offering a full menu of domestic postal mailing services and money order sales.
